I've always been curious about how things work. That curiosity started during my fine art degree and grew into over a decade building digital products — from freelance work to designing internal systems at enterprise scale.
I specialise in complex system design, high-fidelity prototyping, and building design practice in organisations where none previously existed. I work closely with engineering and product, and I'm as comfortable in a research session as I am in Figma or writing code.

Next had no internal design function when I joined. I built it from scratch — establishing research practice, a shared design system, and ways of working across six product sets. User satisfaction rose from 38% to 81%.
