Next PLC

  • Sole designer in Next’s warehouse technology division, setting up the design function from scratch for nine product teams.
  • Introduced user research to Warehouse Tech, running 150+ sessions and lifting user satisfaction from 38% to 81%.
  • Built a design system in Blazor, then grew it with a team of ten developers.
  • Teams now see up to a 50% reduction in story estimates, with discovery built into how they work.

  • Ran my own creative business for seven years across web design and photography.
